 About Sarah Cox

 With over 30 years of experience in the health, healing and coaching field and author of "12 Secrets of Happy People," Sarah is remains deeply passionate about what she does. With compassion she understands about life, the trials and tribulations it brings as well as the uncertainty. She offers a unique method of coaching/counselling which works.


"I feel very passionate about my work. I am dedicated to understand what motivates and helps people be their healthiest and happiest and most satisfied selves. I am interested in unravelling what is it, in each of us, that holds us back and what are those unique gifts and skills we have which we can develop and move us forward. By taking our inner journey of "awareness" and understanding, we can return to our nature of who we really are.


 My life has been about knowing myself through increasing "awareness." Health being primarily important, my aim is to be present, balanced, calm, releasing fear in the moment, living life to the fullest in love, freedom and creativity. My learnings are your learnings.


Building relationships are very important for me in creating connections. The health of our relationships affect all areas of our lives. Communication being incredibly important. I endeavour to continue to grow and create deep, lasting and engaged connections. I constantly seek current information and resources to offer to you.


 I am interested in sustainability as well as adaptability in a world which is rapidly changing. How can we connect to ourselves, each other and our natural environment in a purposeful way? How can we still live a life of freedom, contentment, be calm, resilient and live a life of purpose?
